SERVICES

Practical support, built where real life happens.

I offer in-home sessions because familiar surroundings often give us the clearest picture: children feel more like themselves, caregivers can practice strategies in real time, and the work is built in the place it actually needs to hold up.

Different levels of support for different kinds of stuck.

HOW SERVICES WORK

Some families need a focused consultation to make sense of what’s happening and decide what to do next. Some need a short, targeted plan. Some need a structured parent treatment when anxiety, avoidance, or food-related fear has taken over family life. Across models, the aim is the same: clarity, direction, emotional awareness, practical strategies, and support that respects how hard you have already been trying.
