QUICK GUIDE

All sessions are provided in your home – where behaviors, routines, and relationships actually happen. In-home work allows for more accurate assessment, more practical interventions, and stronger carryover.

Where do session take place?

I work with children, tweens, teens, and their caregivers.

What ages do you work with?

Yes. I work directly with children and adolescents in certain services models. Therapy sessions are practical, interactive, supportive, and skill-based, often focusing on emotional awareness, coping strategies, self-regulation, and problem-solving.

Do you work directly with children?

Anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral outbursts, school refusal or avoidance, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), confusing behavior patterns, and parenting stress or burnout

What concerns do you specialize in?

A one-time 60-minute caregiver consultation for honest feedback, practical strategies, and guidance without committing to ongoing therapy.

What is the “Worried? Let’s Talk” session?

Yes. Brief Assessment & Targeted Intervention is a 3–5 session model for a focused concern, combining assessment, child skill-building, and caregiver support.

Do you offer short-term options?

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) is a parent-based treatment developed at the Yale Child Study Center. It helps caregivers reduce anxiety-maintaining accommodations while increasing supportive responses.  The intervention is well-researched and found to be effective in randomized controlled clinical trials.

What is SPACE therapy?

Yes, with limited openings. The first step is a free 15-minute consultation call scheduled through the client portal.

Are you taking new clients?

$180 per 60-minute session. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

What are your fees?

Yes. With nearly 20 years of school-based experience, I can collaborate with educators and school teams with consent.

Do you work with schools?

No. Services focus on skill-based interventions and parent-focused treatment. I can collaborate with medical or evaluation providers when appropriate.

Do you provide diagnostic evaluations or medication management?
