I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my BA from Oberlin College, where I developed an early appreciation for the power of a good question. Since then, my career has included work in schools, hospitals, early childhood programs, and community mental health – as both a clinician and clinical supervisor supporting families in moments of crisis, transition, overwhelm, and everything in between. That background helps me look at the whole picture: the child, the caregivers, the environment, the expectations, and the patterns that keep everyone feeling stuck.
